Initial Canine Nutrition Consultation
Your dog's journey to health starts here!
During the initial consultation, we will meet over Zoom for up to one hour where I will review your dog's medical history, their current diet, any health issues they have, and what you are hoping to achieve.
I will share with you my recommendations for diet and supplements based on your dog's situation, as well as provide you with my Holistic Lifestyle Checklist to identify lifestyle and environmental factors you might want to consider to help keep your dog healthy and happy.
If you would like me to create a personalised nutrition plan for your dog, or your dog has a health condition that would benefit from more guided support, I will make a recommendation for the appropriate nutrition package as the next step. The investment from the initial consultation will be carried forward towards the investment for the nutrition package. This initial consultation is required before booking a nutrition package, because I need to best understand your dog's current health conditions and needs before I can recommend the best package for you.
The Initial Consultation Includes:

Personalised Nutrition Package for Healthy Adult Dog*
Take the doubt, worry, and overwhelm out of feeding your dog a fresh diet
This package is ideal for healthy adult dogs new to fresh feeding, or healthy dogs already eating fresh food, but you just want to learn how to really optimise their diet.
I know how overwhelming and confusing it can be trying to figure out how to feed your dog a fresh diet. If you want to start your dog on their fresh food journey, or you just want to make sure your current fresh diet is covering all the bases, then this is the package for you!
We will start by reviewing your dog's medical history and current diet, and I will ask you some questions to help identify your dog's energetic fingerprint. From this, I will create a personalised nutrition plan, which may include up to 3 formulated recipes where applicable, and recommendations for supplements so you don't end up with a "supplement graveyard"! I'll also provide you with some easy guides and tools to help make the shopping, prepping, and feeding processes as easy as pie!
You'll also have access to me for 3 weeks after you receive your nutrition plan, so I'll be there supporting you the whole way.

Personalised Therapeutic Nutrition + Wellness Package - 3 Months Support
Let's get your dog back on their journey to health!
This package is ideal for dogs and puppies with health challenges and behaviour-related health challenges. This can include tummy problems, food refusal, skin conditions, ear problems, acute pancreatitis, among others. Don't worry, I will let you know during our initial consultation which plan I believe will work best for you and our dog.
I know how overwhelming and difficult it is when your furbaby isn't feeling well! And if you're coming to me, you've more than likely spent hours in the vet's office and tried loads of different things, but nothing is working. Have hope! Whether it's a recurring skin issue, obesity, or tummy issues, taking a deep dive under the hood of the diet, lifestyle, and environment can yield amazing results, and get your pup feeling better soon.
After our initial consultation, I will create a tailored nutrition and wellness plan. If necessary, I will recommend some tests for you to first speak with your vet about.* As part of my N.E.W. Approach, I will also connect with your dog through animal communication to see if they would like to share any insights directly, and I will also conduct a remote holistic kinesiology session (muscle testing) with your dog in order to gain some deeper understandings of any imbalances that may be contributing to your dog's health.
I will provide you with a Holistic Lifestyle Checklist to identify any environmental and product changes you might want to consider, and I will also provide you with a shopping list, meal planner, and food + behaviour tracker to make the whole process easy for you, whilst we learn from your pup what works for their body.
I know how important and reassuring it is to have an actual person there supporting you along a therapeutic journey with your dog, and that's why I include 3 additional Zoom meetings. You will have priority email access to me for the entire 3 months we are working together.

Animal Communication Session
Would you like to know what your pet has to say?
Have you noticed behavioural or eating habit changes, and you'd like to have a better understanding of what is going on and how you can best support them? Animal communication sessions can provide so much insight, giving our animals a voice.
I connect with your animal using a photograph that you provide, and then let your animal lead the conversation! I will relay their messages to you in an audio recording.

Energy Healing Session (Reiki + Holistic Kinesiology)
Dis-ease begins when there is an imbalance in the flow of energy, and emotions are energy in motion
Using a combination of Reiki + Holistic Kinesiology, I connect with your dog and their nervous system to create a safe space of deep relaxation, and to tap into their body’s innate wisdom to discover where imbalances lie, including trapped emotions and trauma.
Reiki healings use the Universal Life Force Energy to help create a relaxed state so that the body can begin to heal itself.
Holistic Kinesiology is a form of muscle testing done remotely (by proxy) that allows me to go directly to the emotional roots and gain a better sense of what might be underlying particular challenges your dog is experiencing.
I will then release any trapped emotions that your dog is ready to let go of using a proxy.
Muscle testing can also be used to help identify which foods and supplements might be best for your dog's healing journey at this time.
These sessions are conducted remotely, making them an ideal way to support dogs who are experiencing behavioural, emotional, or health challenges who might not enjoy touch.

Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) + Bespoke Tapping Video
This is really a healing experience for both you and your dog.
EFT/Tapping involves lightly stimulating specific points along energy meridians in order to shift energy and bring our dog's (and our own!) nervous system back into balance.
Like Reiki, EFT does not have to be done directly on the dog. It can be performed on you, the guardian, as a proxy. This makes EFT ideal for dogs with health and behavioural challenges that have fear and anxiety at the root (think: digestive issues, skin issues, reactivity, etc.).
I will send you a form to complete in order to get a better understanding of your dog's and your situation, and then we will set up a 30-minute Zoom consultation to discuss what you would like to achieve. I will then create a custom EFT/Tapping video for you where I will demonstrate the tapping sequence and script for you to follow along to, and use whenever you need it.
You will perform the tapping on yourself, and the script addresses your dog's challenge, the effects that your dog's challenge has on you emotionally, and it helps you identify the feeling state you would like to experience with your dog.

Intuitive Tarot Guidance Session
Are you at a crossroads or in a period of transition, and don’t quite have the clarity you’d like on your next steps or which direction to go? Are you feeling the pull that something needs to change, but not quite sure what you truly want? Feel like you’re seeing all the angel numbers and finding all the feathers at your feet, but not quite getting the message clearly on what you’re being asked to do?? (Yeah, I’m familiar with that last one!)
Sometimes we just need a little guidance and perspective to help us identify what our heart and soul are trying to tell us.
In our Intuitive Guidance Session, I begin by tuning in and connecting with you energetically, and to the issue you want more clarity on. I then use tarot and oracle cards to shed some light on your current situation, what is informing it, and what the wisdom is that you are being asked to see. We’ll also identify some potential directions you can take, so you can see what resonates with you and the life you want to create.
Remember, Tarot cards aren’t magic - YOU are.
Sometimes you just need someone to reflect that back to you.

Distance Reiki Session
Reiki is a complementary therapy that uses the Universal Life Force Energy to help create a deep, relaxed state so that the body, mind, and spirit, can begin to come back into a state of balance, and support healing and wellbeing.
Whether you are experiencing a physical ailment, are feeling drained and overwhelmed, or you would just like the opportunity to recharge and reconnect with yourself, Reiki is a wonderful therapy.
Because everything is connected through energy, Reiki works at a distance. We will begin with a short 5-10 minute Zoom call to agree upon the intention and focus for the session. I then invite you to be in a space where you can comfortably lay down and be undisturbed for about 45 minutes- 1 hour.
During this distance session, I will begin by connecting with your energy field, scanning your Chakras, and identifying any areas of imbalance. From there, I will focus on supporting you with healing Reiki energy, and allowing it to flow where it needs to flow to return you to a state of peace, balance, and wellbeing.
Prior to our session, you will receive instructions on how to prepare yourself for the session, and how to support yourself afterwards. As Reiki is deeply relaxing, many clients actually fall asleep during sessions - that is totally ok! It is for this reason, however, that I don't use Zoom during these sessions, and instead, will send you a voice recording with any insights I picked up during our session so that I don't disturb your rest.
